Tayto cheese ‘n’ onion crisps… Cadbury’s chocolate… Mum’s Sunday dinner… notice how when I’m abroad, everything I miss is food-related?!

Just once I would like a cleaning and tidying fairy to visit while I sleep. I would love to wake up to an immaculate house just once……….sigh. Do you remember the TV series bewitched? I often wish I could wiggle my nose like Samantha 🙂
A new fountain pen and some handmade paper. I’ve got the purple and brown and turquoise inks.
Hails – The crisps might end up as crumbs if they landed at the bottom of the sleigh. 🙁 I hope you stocking is full of wonderful surprises.

So much to wish for. Then I check myself and remind myself to ‘be careful what you wish for’. A safe and quiet holiday period might be a start.

Grannymar, turn on the Grannymar charm when talking to Claus.
I’d ask him to make his first stop early–the next couple of days if possible before Christmas–and give those geezers in the Senate and Congress a good dose of common sense. Everything else would soon get adjusted in the US after that. Then he can take care of everybody else with whatever means the most to each of them.
P.S. I’m speaking of the United States of course! Just in case that wasn’t clear.
