RG – I promise to stay away from turkey for several months!
I just might try that this week, I am so fed up with turkey and fish!

WWW
You are going to get me back into cooking again if you keep this up.
WWW – Simple and tasty was my plan for today.
Brighid – That would give me great pleasure.
I hadn’t eaten this in ages, so I made it last night, left out the almonds as I didn’t have any, and added some celery instead. Great way to use up some of the leftover Xmas ham.
Elly – I wondered when typing, if you would remember this dish. Glad to jog your taste buds.
Sounds lovely Grannymar, how many does it serve?
KarrieB – based on the quantities above, it will serve 2 as a main course and 4-6 as a side dish.
