Food Monday ~ Sticky Sesame Chicken

Sticky Sesame Chicken
Preheat the oven to 200ºC

4 chicken thighs
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 Tablespoons sesame seeds

Coat the chicken in honey and soy sauce and then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Put into a roasting tray and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve with potato wedges

    I think I will follow this recipe for our dinner today but I do need some more information please.

    You did not include instructions for the potato wedges. Please elaborate! Do I need vinegar?

    Nancy – no vinegar needed! Cut the spuds in wedges, toss in oil and spread in a single layer on a baking tray and bake in the oven along with the chicken.

    I’m not much of a fan of eating limbs off anything but this recipe plus the wedges sounds so good!!! I might try it on fish or pork.
