  1. You have totally made my day, GM. Nothing beats a good laugh. I remember these words, all were said in our house at one time or another.

    I didn’t realize it until I read your response to Barbara but it’s true. I think my daughter does think she is the mom now.

    Hope you are well and the ankle doesn’t bother you anymore.

  2. These sound familiar. I’m sure I heard them a time or two from my grandmother — I might have even heard her saying some of them to my my mom, who never really grew up until she was taking care of her own grandkids, my two nieces.

  3. Maxi – I heard my Granny, mammy, myself say them, and now my daughter is saying some of them to me!

    Mike – When Elly uses some of these at me, I feel I am a child all over again! :lol:
