May your hair, your teeth, your face-lift, your abs and your stocks not fall; and may your blood pressure, your triglycerides, your cholesterol, your white blood count and your mortgage interest not rise.
May what you see in the mirror delight you, and what others see in you delight them. May someone love you enough to forgive your faults, be blind to your blemishes, and tell the world about your virtues.
May you remember to say “I love you” at least once a day to your spouse, your child, your parent, your siblings; but not to your secretary, your nurse, your masseuse, your hairdresser or your tennis instructor.
And may we live in a world at peace and with the awareness of your God’s love in every sunset, every flower’s unfolding petals, every baby’s smile, every lover’s kiss, and every wonderful, astonishing, miraculous beat of our heart.
May your credit card bill and your budget, balance – and include generous amounts for charity.
I wish you a year of good health, enough work opportunities to pay the bills and time for fun to enjoy the year ahead!
And may you have a great 2014, too! 😉
(Just try to stay on your feet, please.) 😉
Mike, I’ll do my best! 😉
Here’s to a year filled with HAPPINESS!
Happiness, giggles and good humour! Nancy, I did make the lime salted sweet potato chips, but added parsnips to the mix! 😀 Very moriesh!
Best wishes for the new year, GM. Aloha from Hawaii.
Thank you Gigi!
Backatcha and stay off the vodka, we need to keep you upright.
WWW, I don’t think I have touched that stuff since the ‘Vodka, lime and soda’ days of the early 1970s!
Belated Happy New Year for 2014 – because in New Zealand it is another statutory public holiday for the 2nd of January. However, that doesn’t mean retailers are off, no that means we have got past the Boxing Day Sales, and onto the New Year Sales!
Same here, Cathy. You are not late, we still have a few hours left of 1 Jan!
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face;
the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again,
may Toyboys ++ hold you in their arms 😉
Happy New Year! Grannymar
Thanks Steph and may 2014 be a healthy one for all of us!
Wonderful! This is the best New Year’s blessing I have received. 🙂
Debra, I thought it would be a little different than the usual ‘Happy & healthy’
