No. not that kinda blue, silly!
After weeks of looking out at grey heavy rain sodden skies, to day I see the light.
The storm last night blew away the gloom and it might be 2°C but we have BLUE!
The hill in the distance is wearing an icing sugar coat.
It was gone by 10:30.
Ah well, I might paste the photo to the inside of the window. 😉
We’ve got it here… and it looks like it’s going to stay for a bit — spring-like weather for the next week. It’ll be over there eventually.
The sky has a leak again and cannot decide whether it wants to fall as rain or snow. The wind is singing loudly out there.
and blue is my favorite color. In fact, my wall to wall carpet is blue.
I am rather partial to blue myself. cornflower is a particular favourite.
Very cheerful indeed.
I am doing my best. There is more of the rough stuff forecast over the next few days.
Looks great! We are in our 4th day of gray/snow/rain and general gloom. I’m suffering for seasonal affect disorder. Is it too late to join Peter and Barbara?
4th day!!!!!! We have had months of it! Then the blue only lasted until mid morning!
Al, I think by the time you would reach New Zealand, they might be on the way back to the ginormous swimming pool that UK mainland has become!
Blue beautiful blue! Dianne
Hold your breath. Spring is almost here–the way Time flies.
With more bad weather forecast, I doubt I could hold my breath long enough, but IF and When Spring arrives, I’ll sing and dance in celebration.
The blue is beautiful indeed. I know the cold would be hard to take for days on end, but it sure does provide some gorgeous sky! The cold must repel all pollution. 🙂
Unfortunately Most of our ‘cold’ weather is accompanied with grey skies and rain, Dry cold might take your breath away, but the damp, wet cold soaks right into the bones. 😡

Gotta love a bright blue sky when it’s crisp and cold – my fave weather
Chuck, it is so rare here at the moment to see blue skies, I decided to take a photograph. I too long for more.
Since God made the sky blue, He is definitely a Penn State fan.
For those you you in Rio Linda– Penn State colors are blue and white.
Mayo, in my neck of the woods, we think blue skies are an illusion!
Grannymar, thank you very much for making leaving comments so much easier.
Most blogs make you give your whole life history to leave a comment and create a password 20 plus digits long to leave a comment. I’m very happy that you changed.
Mayo, I am glad to hear that. I do know of one person who has problems commenting at the moment and I am trying to sort it out.
Beautiful!
One hour and a half! I have not seen any blue since.
