   When I first the picture, I wondered how it got up there. Looking closer, it appears to only be half a vehicle body. I’ve seen similar decorations in a couple of stores.

      That place was burned down a few years ago… maybe five, and nothing seems to be happening. Never heard whether it was an accident or deliberate.

      No it was a fire. The shell of the building has slowly disintegrated over a number of years.
