I looked at myself again. My hair IS my crowning glory I have to admit, plucked hair is gone, & I won’t be putting this shirt in the rag-bag. I Love my old clothes.
That makes me realise I hardly ever frown. I might look puzzled or critical but I don’t usually frown. Smiling comes very naturally to me though, I find so many things enjoyable or amusing.
Good one! Luckily hardly any of the mirrors in my house are well lit…… I put lots up, but they are there to make the space seem larger and are therefore in badly lit corners… I find it reassuring that I can’t see any wrinkles!! (Also I don’t wear my glasses round the house too… That helps 🙂 )
Good one, GM. Sometimes I like to “make faces” in the mirror . . . they make me SMILE!
I dare not make faces… My mother is in there wearing my clothes and looking right at me! 😆
Oh that’s a good one –but it’s true.
In my case, it certainly is.
Actually, looking in the mirror leads me to wonder…who is this old lady anyway.
I see my mother!
Uh Oh -there’s a hair that needs plucked, my hair needs a shampoo, this shirt is ready for the rag-bag. (I’m tough on myself but I’ll SMILE at you.)
Thanks for the smile, BHB.

comfortable cloths, be they old or new, are the best!
When I look into the mirror I’m greatly relieved there is so much hair staring back at me. Must be my good Irish genes.
😆 shackman, you are quite safe in that regard for many a long year yet!
“Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the … ” … No, Let’s not go there !
Haha! I stopped singing that little ditty al long time ago, John!

That is why I like you, nick. You are a cheerful chappie and not a whinger!

Your uncle Eoin has the best idea to disguise his extensive hairline and wrinkles: He turns the mirrors to the wall!
