In reply to my comment:
‘I am trying to break my self-imposed boundries and finally set some words on the page of my own blog… hopefully inspiration will flow over the next few days.’
Col suggested: ‘Usually a combination of oil and a monkey-wrench will untighten jammed outlets. 🙂‘
Well let me see…………….
I found the the oil, the monkey-wrench AND some inspiration.
It will have to wait until tomorrow, I have some dusting to do!
UPDATE: I have broken my silence, changed the header and fixed my contact page!
Welcome back. I have missed your posts.
Aye, I was putting my eye first! It paid dividends.
I love your new header. It’s inspidering!
Careful Al, they might jump out at you!
I see you’ve already decorated for All Hallow’s Eve.
I’ll sell you some, Nancy but you might have to come and collect them! 😉
I like your assembled bits and glad to see you’re among the living again 🙂

I have been among the living all along, just not the online living. It was an interesting exercise and very refreshing to concentrate on pre ‘internet’ activities.
Your blog has a very nice new look, Marie! And you’ve been missed. I hope we’ll be hearing more from you soon! I love your knit pieces. 🙂
The craft work above is actually crochet and might feature over the coming weeks.
well putting your “eye” first is also the best idea, and glad to here that you are now “seeing” cobwebs properly….
Thankfully these cobwebs are all outdoors.
Glad to hear that you have been in full recovery mode and doing well. I need to start on a new batch of crocheted crowns!
Brighid, it is good to be back, but my self imposed break was well worth it.
Easy, now … don’t twist it so hard that you break it! And keep some tape handy in case of leaks …
Col, I have the duck (tape) standing to attention in the roasting tin, the leeks ready to cook alongside it and the tape is in the machine ready with soft romantic music!
